"OUR" Father, by those who oppose themselves to the truth of who truly can help them now during these troubled times.
They are yet to believe and the very temptations they seek to escape may "BE" the very thing that to bring them to their senses.
Can we see as You do, "down the pike", beyond their often repeated phrases, "I believe. . .", "I think. . .", or "We gotta do. . ." coming in their appointed time to "BE" also Your child?
We watch and wait with anticipation for Your name to "BE" Hallowed when we are all together in Your family, "Your Kingdom Come", doing what is pleasing to You.
Your gifts that we now see in Your Word, Your plan, for us, are just a glimpse into "OUR" future out of the trespasses, sins, or debts, we owe You and each other during times of dis-belief.
There seems not to "BE" any leadership to get us out of this present darkness.
You are "OUR" only hope to "BE" delivered from evil.
We have tried everything else and have failed. Those things are still just ideas and agendas of those who walk in darkness trying to avoid admitting their mistakes to trust You instead opposing Your Kingdom, power and glory, which are everlasting.

“Our” Debts – We owe Our Father righteousness. “Hallowed Be”, (Holiness) “Will Done”, “Kingdom Come”. Sin separates us from that. Sin is: (Bible definition) 1. “All unrighteousness is sin” (I Jn.5:17) (lawlessness, un-right-in-us) 2. “The thought of foolishness is sin.” (Pr.24:9) 3. “An high look and a proud heart, and the plowing (light) of the wicked is sin.” (Pr.21:4) [I, Me, Mine: to justify myself; feeling I have to be right all the time: plowing – push and shove] “O Lord, deliver me from this lust of always vindicating myself.” (St. Augustine) 4. “Whosoever commits sin transgress the law for sin is the transgression of the law.” (I Jn.3:4) [sin of commission] “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.” (James 4:10) 5. “He that knows to do good and doesn’t do that, to him it is sin.” (James 4:7) [sin of omission] 6. “For whatsoever is not of faith is sin.” (Rom.14:3) [not risking the outcome on God] “Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.” (Rom.6:6) Lord, that sin that so easily besets me, is still very much alive. I must know that, that sin is dead. Help us put to death that thing that lusts against your Holy Spirit in us. May we “recon it dead indeed unto sin” until all that is left is your dear Holy Spirit in us. Why is this taking so long? I’ve decided that if you dear Lord Jesus died for my sin, so can I! Not just convinced and pretense all is right; but knowing the verdict, that anything that separates us from you has been put away to die. “I AM crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ lives IN ME.” AMEN! Who made them rule over us, “OUR” Father? They don’t know You, There’s nothing Sacred about them, YET! Change “OUR” heart, O God, Make it ever new, Change “OUR” heart, O God, May we “BE” like You. Your Kingdom come before they ruin us. They have become like little gods; Can’t they see it takes more than bread? A steady stream of words instead of The Word. What are You trying to tell us? Are we too thick to listen? Have we jumped of a cliff? Help us we are falling, and can’t get up. Dare we tempt the Lord “OUR” God like this? Who will deliver us now? The evil one says we can have it all, We can worship him, OR- We can say “Beat it, Satan.” “As for ‘WE’ and ‘OUR’ house, We will serve the Lord.” End of story! The test is over. Everything we care about we give to Him. Give us and forgive us “OUR” need; Lead us back to the place of safety. Boot these trouble makers out, NOW! May we not fight them anymore, but, “BE” bold and courageous to deliver. We read the end of the story and WE WIN! May we act upon it, it’s time for You to reign. Real power is in Your hands, we are just Your feet. Any praise for victory is forever Yours. We watch, wait, work and pray. AMEN! |
